Do you need inspiration?

Take our flagship course: Inspiration Bootcamp!

This 7-day and 30-day course will revitalize your teen to greater relaxation and self-care, self-consciousness and of course inspiration! It is designed to allow for teens to witness and observe what brings them joy and inspires them while co-creating in this course. In these group sessions, they will learn more about their motivation and receive tools to prioritize better. Students will have a reflective assignments as homework.

Why take this course? These sessions are intended to be a pre-cursor for work with me on college applications. Many youth end up run down from zoom school, and essentially a bit of a zoombie, going through the motions which brings them to the only thing they know for self-care, perhaps video games or tiktok/facebook or other social media. These sessions are a sweet pick-me-up to bring their highest selves to be participating.

Note: Adults can also take this course!
