Nature-based meditation and connection ceremony. We will remember the sacred practice of connecting with our sacred space of birth and sacred sites that revitalize and nourish the planet. This is a simple and powerful practice that creates a large impact both inside and in the connective systems of life.

We will spend time in meditation, tuning ourselves so we can honor nature and give back for all she gives us.
