About your guide…
An SF-native, Stephanie is a former diplomat who first started leading meditation and yoga while working in “post-conflict” Bosnia-Herzegovina. She found herself walking into a frozen conflict playing out in the hearts and minds of coworkers and friends. She learned about trauma living in Georgia when the Russians invaded and has been unwinding bound energy from her body since then. Stephanie specializes in sparking change and getting people to find space to be the version of themselves that they have always hoped for. She works with clients at a mind-body-spirit connection to create these types of changes. She is an avid swimmer and promoter of exercise to shift energy.
Stephanie works as a guide, interpreter and co-creator with clients of all ages to understand themselves, their nervous systems and triggers, and behavioral patterns to recover their inherit joy so life’s challenges are seemingly less turbulent. She is honored to build a network of social change agents striving to catalyze more beautiful futures.
