Sessions focus on mapping out what results you would like to see that day and any blockages you may have doing the homework. We will begin with a short 5-10 minute grounding and breathwork practices to shift our mindsets and transforming any resistance that may be interfering with our curiosity and joy. We will have a 30-minute discussion on the homework, followed by about 10-15 minutes of any questions.
